Frequently Asked Questions
How much caffeine is in each Energy Que-Strip?
Each Energy Que-Strip contains 50mg of natural caffeine from green coffee extract. That's about half a cup of coffee, with L-theanine to smooth it out.
Will I feel jittery or crash later?
No. The 30mg of L-theanine is specifically paired with the caffeine to eliminate jitters and smooth the energy curve, so there's no crash.
How fast does it work?
Most people feel the lift within 5-10 minutes. Place the que-strip on your tongue or on the roof of your mouth and let it dissolve.
Can I take more than one?
You can, but we recommend starting with one and seeing how you feel. Most people find one Energy Que-Strip gives them the clean energy they need.
Is it safe to take daily?
Yes. All ingredients are natural, vegan, and non-habit-forming. As with any supplement, consult your doctor if you have specific health concerns.
