Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Contact details you provide, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, state or region, billing and shipping addresses, and customer support messages.
• Order information, such as products purchased, order history, and transaction details. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment options presented at checkout; we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage information, such as pages visited, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser information, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and order updates.
• With your opt-in, to send marketing emails or SMS text messages about products, offers, and updates.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To measure site performance, improve our website, products, and services, and understand and deliver advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

Club3&10 marketing emails

When you choose to sign up for Club3&10 marketing emails, Dissolvabls stores your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, state or region, and explicit consent record in our site's database. The separate email-marketing subscription request sends only your email address to Klaviyo. Your submitted name, email, phone number, city, and state or region are also queued for the separately approved Event Users contact list in Klaviyo. That contact-list synchronization preserves existing Klaviyo profile details and does not grant marketing permission, change email or SMS subscription status, or send messages. Providing your phone number does not give SMS consent or subscribe you to text messages. Email signup and optional text-message signup are separate steps. You can skip text updates and still join. When you explicitly opt in, we save text-message consent locally with your submitted phone number, disclosure version, and time. Club3&10 text updates are not active, and this form does not send text messages. These emails include news, community updates, and offers from Dissolvabls. We use double opt-in: a pending signup is not an active subscription, and submitting the form does not confirm delivery of a confirmation email. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in a marketing email.

Contact drafts may be saved on this browser for up to 24 hours so you can resume an unfinished form. Drafts do not save marketing agreement choices and are not submitted automatically. Continuing past the first step with your email agreement saves an incomplete lead in our database. It does not create completed membership, add you to a Klaviyo list, or send messages. Email subscription handling begins only when you explicitly complete the final signup.

Earlier local community signups and test event RSVPs do not enroll you in this marketing list. You must give fresh marketing consent through the current signup form. Test RSVPs remain separate and do not send RSVP emails. Local community membership is saved separately from email subscription status; you do not need an active marketing subscription to qualify as a community member for event booking. Future completed test RSVPs also queue their submitted details for the Event Users contact list only. Earlier records are not automatically imported.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Dissolvabls, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (such as cart reminders, order updates, and promotional offers) from DISSOLVABLS LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and unsubscribe from text messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@dissolvabls.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

We will not share your text message opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service. We may share this data with vendors who help us deliver text messages, including platform providers and phone companies.

How we share information

We share information as needed to operate our business: with Shopify and checkout payment providers for orders and payment, shipping carriers for delivery, Klaviyo for email and SMS communications, and Gorgias for customer support. We use Google Analytics for site measurement, Microsoft Clarity for session analytics, Meta for advertising, and Replit for hosting and analytics. These services may receive information about your activity on our site through cookies or similar technologies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing information with advertising partners such as Meta for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws. Where applicable, you can request to opt out by emailing support@dissolvabls.com.

Cookies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure traffic and sessions, and support advertising. These technologies are not necessarily all gated behind consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy settings made available on the site; disabling them may affect site functionality. You can also contact us about applicable advertising opt-outs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of targeted advertising or certain data sharing. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@dissolvabls.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or deidentify it when appropriate. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Children

Our website and products are not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
