These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dissolvabls website and your purchase of our products. The website is operated by DISSOLVABLS LLC, a US company located at 1660 International Drive, Suite 679, McLean, VA 22102. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Use of this website
Use this site only for lawful purposes and without infringing others’ rights. Do not submit fraudulent or unlawful content, try to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation.
Our products
Dissolvabls sells dietary supplement que-strips. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are intended for adults 18 and older. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Orders and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and may change. Please provide accurate and complete order information. We may correct pricing or product information errors and refuse or cancel orders, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that order. Payment is handled through Shopify using the payment options displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions and cancellation
If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically at the billing interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. Subscription orders receive free shipping. To cancel before your next billing date, email support@dissolvabls.com. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders generally take 3–5 business days to process, often sooner. Estimated transit after processing is 3–5 business days for standard shipping ($8) or 2–3 business days for express shipping ($15). Subscription orders ship free. 30-day guarantee and refunds
If you are not satisfied, email support@dissolvabls.com within 30 days of delivery about our satisfaction guarantee. No return is required. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Text messaging terms
If you opt in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from DISSOLVABLS LLC at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DISSOLVABLS LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without our written permission.
